After your booking is accepted, you have exactly 24 hours to pay your deposit which is 30% of your booking total. If the deposit is not made within 24 hours after the booking is accepted, the booking will automatically be cancelled by the software system, and the renter must re-book if the required booking day/time is still available. The remaining balance is due exactly 3 days prior to the event. The event is subjected to be cancelled with no refund of the deposit if the remaining balance is not made 3 days prior to the event. If an event is booked 7 days or less of the event date, no deposit is needed, and the balance must be paid in full within 24 hours of the booking being accepted.
