Welcome to Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment LLC! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our mobile entertainment services and any related applications, websites, content, products, and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:

After your booking is accepted, you have exactly 24 hours to pay your deposit which is 30% of your booking total. If the deposit is not made within 24 hours after the booking is accepted, the booking will automatically be cancelled by the software system, and the renter must re-book if the required booking day/time is still available. The remaining balance is due exactly 3 days prior to the event. The event is subjected to be cancelled with no refund of the deposit if the remaining balance is not made 3 days prior to the event.

Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment reserves the right to reschedule any event in the event of inclement weather or unsuitable surface conditions caused by excessive water/mud. The renter has the option to reschedule their event to a mutually agreed upon date and time with Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment. If inclement weather interrupts the event and less than half of the scheduled time has elapsed, the renter may reschedule their event at no additional charge. However, if more than half of the event duration has transpired before being halted due to inclement weather, the event will be deemed fulfilled as per the original agreement.

By renting any of our equipment and services, the renter/booker agrees to hold harmless Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment, its owners, and employees from any claims or judgments for damages and expenses coming from the actions of the renter, their guests, whether actively participating or simply observing, or any other persons or animals present at the event during setup, the event, and/or take-down after the event concludes.
Consumption of illegal substances will result in immediate termination of the event with no refund.
The renter is responsible for any damage requiring repairs or additional cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, including theft or damage to equipment and supplies, as well as any soiling of equipment. This includes, but is not limited to: vomit, blood, colored or sugary drinks and liquids, water damage caused by leaving the generator or blower outside, or excessive mud. Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment reserves the right to determine whether damages require repair or additional cleaning.
For everyone’s safety, inflatables must not be used if winds exceed 15–20 mph. If wind speeds reach unsafe levels during your rental, we require that all participants exit the inflatable immediately, and the unit should be deflated until conditions improve. The renter is responsible for monitoring the wind speed when the inflatable is in use.
The generator and blower must stay dry at all times. They should not be operated in rain, even light rain, unless covered with a tent or canopy (with plenty of ventilation). If rain becomes steady or heavy, please turn off the blower and generator, unplug them, and move them to a dry location. The renter is responsible for any damage, include water damage, to the equipment.
The Roller Wheel 360 must be operated on a strictly flat, hard surface such as concrete, asphalt, or similar. Grass, gravel, uneven ground, or sloped areas are not permitted, as they create unsafe conditions for operation.
- Upon arrival, our Game Coach will inspect the setup area to determine if it meets safety requirements. If the Game Coach determines the surface is unsafe—meaning that the Roller Wheel 360 cannot freely and safely roll without someone manually stopping or controlling it—the activity will not be set up or operated.
- In this case:
  – The event will not be eligible for a refund
  – The rental can be credited and rescheduled for a future date (subject to availability)
  – The renter will still be responsible for gas/travel costs to and from the event location
There is a travel surcharge fee for all events beyond 35 miles of the zip code 72115 (North Little Rock). Bookings will be manually modified if the select travel distance is not selected.
You can reschedule your event 30 days or more from the original event date with no fee! Simply email our team at arkansasexen@gmail.com for us to arrange a new event date. If you need to reschedule your event but it is 15-29 days from your original event date, you can still reschedule your event for a $75 reschedule fee. Rescheduling an event 14 days or less from the original event date is not allowed, and the customer will have to re-book a new event at full price.
To ensure safety, players must meet certain height and weight requirements, being at least 4’5” tall and weighing 215 lbs or less for the roller wheel. As safety is a major priority, Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment reserves the right to deny any participant including but not limited to weight restrictions, height restrictions, intoxication, and other situations that jeopardizes the safety of any persons at an Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment Event.
The renter confirms having received venue approval for the Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment rental and agrees to provide access to the venue 45 minutes before and 30 minutes after the rental period for setup and take down purposes.
All content, materials, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services are owned or licensed by Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.
Every participant must sign a waiver prior if participating in our Roller Wheel 360, Bubble Ball Soccer, and Extreme Bubble Ball Soccer services. Anyone under the age of 18 must receive parental or guardian consent before participating. The waiver can be found here.
