Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment LLC! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our mobile entertainment services and any related applications, websites, content, products, and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:

 

After your booking is accepted, you have exactly 24 hours to pay your deposit which is 30% of your booking total. If the deposit is not made within 24 hours after the booking is accepted, the booking will automatically be cancelled by the software system, and the renter must re-book if the required booking day/time is still available. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours  prior to the event. The event is subjected to be cancelled with no refund of the deposit if the remaining balance is not made at least 24 hours prior to the event.  

 

Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment reserves the right to reschedule any event in the event of inclement weather. The renter has the option to reschedule their event to a mutually agreed upon date and time with Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment. If inclement weather interrupts the event and less than half of the scheduled time has elapsed, the renter may reschedule their event at no additional charge. However, if more than half of the event duration has transpired before being halted due to inclement weather, the event will be deemed fulfilled as per the original agreement.  

 

• By renting any of our equipment and services, the renter/booker agrees to hold harmless Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment, its owners, and employees from any claims or judgments for damages and expenses coming from the actions of the renter, their guests, whether actively participating or simply observing, or any other persons or animals present at the event during setup, the event, and/or take-down after the event concludes.

• Consumption of illegal substances will result in immediate termination of the event with no refund.

• Inflatable Rentals: The renter is responsible for any damage requiring repairs or additional cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, including theft or damage to equipment and supplies, as well as any soiling of equipment. This includes, but is not limited to: vomit, blood, colored or sugary drinks and liquids, and/or water damage. Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment reserves the right to determine whether damages require repair or additional cleaning.

• For everyone’s safety, inflatables must not be used if winds exceed 15–20 mph. If wind speeds reach unsafe levels during your rental, we require that the unit should be deflated until conditions improve. The renter is responsible for monitoring the wind speed when the inflatable is in use.

• The inflatable should not be operated in rain unless covered with a tent or canopy. The renter is responsible for any damage, include water damage, to the equipment.

• There is a travel surcharge fee for all events beyond 35 miles of the zip code 72019 (Benton). Bookings will be manually modified if the select travel distance is not selected.

• Gaming Trailer:

  • Setup and Wi-Fi Requirements:

  • Surface Requirements:
    The gaming trailer must be parked on a flat, level, and solid surface such as pavement, asphalt, or concrete. Grass or dirt areas may be approved if conditions are dry, firm, and accessible. The setup area must measure a minimum of 50 feet in length to accommodate both the towing vehicle and the trailer. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space for safe parking and maneuvering of the trailer.

  • Wi-Fi and Connectivity:
    Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment utilizes Starlink satellite internet to support online and multiplayer gaming during events. The satellite dish is mounted on top of the gaming trailer and requires an unobstructed view of the sky to maintain proper connectivity. The customer must ensure that the trailer is not positioned under trees, roofs, or other structures that may block satellite visibility.

  • Service Limitations:
    While Starlink provides high-speed, reliable connectivity in most locations, service performance may vary due to geographical or environmental factors beyond the company’s control, including obstructions that interfere with satellite visibility. Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment shall not be held liable for any internet interruptions, reduced speeds, or disconnections resulting from limited or obstructed sky visibility.

  • Offline Play:
    In the rare event that satellite connectivity cannot be established, the gaming trailer will switch all consoles to offline mode.  

• You can reschedule your event 30 days or more from the original event date with no fee! Simply email our team at arkansasexen@gmail.com for us to arrange a new event date. If you need to reschedule your event but it is 15-29 days from your original event date, you can still reschedule your event for a $50 reschedule fee. Rescheduling an event 14 days or less from the original event date is not allowed, and the customer will have to re-book a new event at full price.

• All content, materials, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services are owned or licensed by Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.
