  • How far do you travel for events?
    The beauty of being a mobile entertainment business is that we can travel anywhere you want us to! There is a surcharge fee depending on how far the event is from the zip code 72115 (North Little Rock). The surcharges can be found during the booking process.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my event? Can I receive a refund?
    100% refund will be issued if cancelled two weeks or more before the event. 50% refund will be issued if cancelled 8-13 days before the event. No refund will be issued if event is cancelled 7 days or less before the event.
  • What time will your team arrive to set up for my event?
    Our team typically arrived 45-60 minutes prior to the start of your event? If the event consist of more than one package type, our team may arrive even sooner to ensure that your event begins on time!
  • Can I request additional time if a package type is not available for it?
    Yes! Simply get in contact with us for us to create a package that is perfect for your event!
  • How big is the InflataScore Arena?
    The arena is 46' x 23'
  • What happens if there is inclement weather and/or if the ground is too wet?
    Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment reserves the right to reschedule any event in the event of inclement weather or unsuitable surface conditions caused by excessive water/mud. The renter has the option to reschedule their event to a mutually agreed upon date and time with Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment. If inclement weather interrupts the event and less than half of the scheduled time has elapsed, the renter may reschedule their event at no additional charge. However, if more than half of the event duration has transpired before being halted due to inclement weather, the event will be deemed fulfilled as per the original agreement.
  • Do I receive a discount if I book more than one package type?
    Yes! We will provide a discount if you decide to book more than one package type (ex: InflataScore Arena and The Illuminating Party Pod). Reach out to us for us to customize a price for your event!
  • Does the Illuminating Party Pod come with A/C?
    Yes! We provide an A/C for no additional charge for those sizzling summer days!
  • Will I and/or my child need to sign a waiver and release form to participate in any Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment Event?
    Yes, safety is our number one priority! Click the button to sign the waiver and release form.
  • Is a deposit required to book an event?
    After your booking is accepted, you have exactly 24 hours to pay your deposit which is 30% of your booking total. If the deposit is not made within 24 hours after the booking is accepted, the booking will automatically be cancelled by the software system, and the renter must re-book if the required booking day/time is still available. The remaining balance is due exactly 3 days prior to the event. The event is subjected to be cancelled with no refund of the deposit if the remaining balance is not made 3 days prior to the event. If an event is booked 7 days or less of the event date, no deposit is needed, and the balance must be paid in full within 24 hours of the booking being accepted. A team member of Arkansas Exquisite Entertainment will reach out to assist with this.
  • Can I create a playlist for my event?
    Yes! You can create a Spotify or Apple Music playlist and share a link to your playlist to arkansasexen@gmail.com for our Event Coordinator(s) to play at your event!
  • Can I rent the inflatable soccer arena without the bubble balls?
    Yes, you can! Send us a message for special pricing for just the inflatable soccer arena.
  • Can I reschedule my event?
    Yes! You can reschedule your event 30 days or more from the original event date with no fee! Simply email our team at arkansasexen@gmail.com for us to arrange a new event date. If you need to reschedule your event but it is 15-29 days from your original event date, you can still reschedule your event for a $75 reschedule fee. Rescheduling an event 14 days or less from the original event date is not allowed, and the customer will have to re-book a new event at full price.
  • How big is The Illuminating Party Pod?
    It is 32' x 32' x 16'
  • Is there an Event Coordinator present for the duration of every event?
    Our Event Coordinator's are present for the duration of every event with exception of Picnic Paradise and The Illuminating Party Pod. Event Coordinator's will take the lead in facilitating all games at the attended events!
  • What are the weight and height requirements for The Roller Wheel 360?
    The height requirements are 4'2"-6' and the maximum weight is 400 pounds.
  • Can the Roller Wheel 360 be used indoors and outdoors?
    Yes! The Roller Wheel 360 is able to be used indoors and outdoors.
